Did you know that governments all around the world collect contributions from developers to fund essential public infrastructure like transport, roads, schools and parks (‘Impact Fees’). In fact more than $4 billion of Impact Fees are collected annually from developers in Australia alone. So it is important that the collection of Impact Fees is used to build better public infrastructure for the community. But at present the system lacks certainty, transparency and accountability and is leading to sub-optimal public infrastructure outcomes. Smart LINC enables government and the development industry to connect, plan, fund and deliver better public infrastructure. We offer an on-line portal to plan, calculate, fund and track infrastructure contributions to ensure the right infrastructure gets built, in the right place, at the right time
